Two questions...

Whats the best live show youve ever been to? (fest or concert)

And, if you could go see one band live what would it be?

Stam1na live @ Rytmikorjaamo, Seinäjoki, Finland :P

But I hope that the upcoming festival summer will change the situation!

Well if this topic is alive again smile.gif

Megadeth: Youthanasia tour, Tel Aviv, Israel, summer of 1995 or 96. Actually there were two shows days after day and I have attended BOTH!

Yea thanks for the compliment wink.gif
It was a couple of great shows!
Before the first one there were a lot of strange old women outside that gave us booklets named "Megade"a"th or Megalife?!", some waked off sect or something.
The first show was ...... AMAZING, but near the end (a little bit more then an hour of show) Dave start to apologize about his hand injured and so he couldn't play "as good as usual".... sad.gif

I thought it was a joke, I mean they played like gods! But the show day after.... OOOO it was a ....
Well only then I understood what did Dave mean last night! He blew us away, I saw "old" people (30's +) just with tears in their eyes. They played for full 110 minutes, no talking just trashing emo-party06.gif non stop! I AM A LUCKY BUSTARD.
I know a lot of people saying that to you... but here it is again: You just hooked me. I am listening to your songs all the time, my phone is ringing with WarZone scarring people around me smile.gif. I would like to visit you show one day..... Please don't stop!

By the way, what is the situation of WPU touring? Don´t you guys throw gigs at all? I wish that someday I´ll see you guys here in Finland too, but I guess that won´t happen for a while.. sad.gif

Metallica, Dublin 2006 ..... kicked ass. Entire Puppets album played. Finished with a killer fast version of Seek and Destroy

Megadeth on the Risk tour in Montreal. The Risk album sucked, but they played a lot of old stuff. Also, Nick Menza wasn't with them anymore which was to bad, but oh well. Also, Motorhead in Halifax Nova Scotia, in May of 2005!! Kick ass!!

that´s surprising. I saw a Metallica gig on TV like 2-3 years ago, and they played horribly. Completely failed on most riffs (and drumming) when they were replaying the whole Puppets album.

back in 92, when I saw them live in their prime (well, actually their real prime was 89 when they had Justice) was a completely different thing though.

#1 for me would have to be: Lamb of God - 2007 - Auckland, New Zealand
Fucking epic show, flawless performance, and the time of my life
Another LOG show this year in December

#2 Slayer - 2005
#3 Hell Yeah - 2005(ish)

Did you catch Maiden there in New Zealand when they were there earlier this year?
